A delicious pork marinade for fillets or chops
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chinese five spice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- chilli crushed, to taste
Mix the tomato sauce, five spice, honey, soy, garlic and chili in a bowl
Place pork fillets in marinade and coat well. For best flavour, marinade overnight
Sear the pork in a hot skillet or bbq
Place on a non stick baking tray, cover with foil and bake in 200C oven for 25 to 30 minutes
