Pork Marinade

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chinese five spice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • chilli crushed, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix the tomato sauce, five spice, honey, soy, garlic and chili in a bowl
  • Place pork fillets in marinade and coat well. For best flavour, marinade overnight
  • Sear the pork in a hot skillet or bbq
  • Place on a non stick baking tray, cover with foil and bake in 200C oven for 25 to 30 minutes
