Sweet Hawaiin Style Buns
Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 350 gram flour
- 29 gram sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp yeast
Wet ingredients
- 210 gram milk warm (43C)
- 2 Tbsp honey
- I egg beaten
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a stand mixer
- Add the wet ingredients and knead with a dough hook for 6 minutes
- Let rise in a covered bowl until doubled (about 1 hour)
- Place on a floured workspace. Deflate and divide into 6 balls. Cover and let proof for 1 hour
- Bake at 175*C for 12-14 minutes. Brush with butter
