An all purpose rub for use on pork, beef, lamb and chicken. The recipe it’s based on states it’s good for everything cooked with charcoal and smoke
All Purpose Dry Rub
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.5 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp aussie bush pepper
- 1/2 tsp all spice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight jar
