An all purpose rub for use on pork, beef, lamb and chicken.  The recipe it’s based on states it’s good for everything cooked with charcoal and smoke

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.5 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp aussie bush pepper
  • 1/2 tsp all spice

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight jar
