This is the interior of the new machine I put together.  It is the first time I have had to deal with CPU coolers and I have to say the cooler on this system is huge, which means it runs about 20 degrees cooler than the stock cooler.  The case has hot swap bays and also screwless drive bays so plenty of room to expand.  Even with a modular power supply there is still a lot of cables to route, especially when the video card requires three power feeds.
