Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients in a stand mixer
Add the wet ingredients and knead with a dough hook for 6 minutes
Let rise in a covered bowl until doubled (about 1 hour)
Place on a floured workspace. Deflate and divide into 6 balls. Cover and let proof for 1 hour
Bake at 175*C for 12-14 minutes. Brush with butter
