Easy Poached Salmon
This is a simple recipe I found the other day to poach the salmon that David caught at the fish farm. It is a nice light recipe that does not overpower the taste of the salmon

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Place the Salmon fillets in a lightly greased pan or baking dish
  3. Add a pinch of salt to each fillet to bring out the flavour
  4. Pour over the white wine. The fish should just be lightly covered
  5. Add slices of lemon to the fillets
  6. Cover in tin foil and place in pre-heated oven
  7. Cook for 15 minutes
  8. Remove the tin foil and return to oven until cooked
