- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 lemon sliced
- 4 salmon fillets skin on

Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Place the Salmon fillets in a lightly greased pan or baking dish
- Add a pinch of salt to each fillet to bring out the flavour
- Pour over the white wine. The fish should just be lightly covered
- Add slices of lemon to the fillets
- Cover in tin foil and place in pre-heated oven
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Remove the tin foil and return to oven until cooked
